About directions

You are welcome to send your student to

to learn about giving and receiving instructions. It can be accessed from the right-hand side of the home page.

To test for mastery, you should assign the task of writing directions for something he/she knows about and has an interest in.

Teachers are welcome to download and adapt this unit's lessons to their own instructional work. We believe that this unit can be completed easily by an average ninth-grader. From our experience with some university graduate students, some of this unit's content might be unfamiliar.
